Payment Terms
Shopping with us is completely safe! We offer secure payment options via credit/debit cards, and internet banking for both Visa and MasterCard holders.
Delivery Time
We aim to get your order to you within 12-15 working days. However, if your item is a custom order or temporarily out of stock, delivery might take a little longer. Don’t worry though – we’ll keep you updated on an approximate delivery date when you place your order. Please note that delivery times can vary depending on location and our courier partners, and we’re not liable for any delays caused by the courier company or postal authorities. But if your package seems delayed, we’re more than happy to help you track it with our courier partners!
If an item is out of stock after you've placed your order, please reach out to us via email at info@femviva.in or phone at +918511519146. We will process a full refund for your purchase, which will be reflected in your account within 5-10 working days
Exchanges & Returns
We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create at FemViva. Since all our pieces are made to order with a lot of love and care, we do not offer refunds on products. However, if you receive a damaged product, we’ll happily replace it.
If you’re unsure about the size or have second thoughts about your order, please consult our size chart before placing an order. If there’s still an issue with your order, no worries – just reach out to us at info@femviva.in or via WhatsApp at +918511519146 (we prefer messages over calls to keep things clear and organized). Our customer care team will get back to you within 1-2 business days and help guide you through the exchange process. In some cases, we may ask you to provide pictures to assess the return request, so please be ready to assist!
Please note: All custom-made orders are non-returnable.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
There are certain items we cannot accept returns or exchanges for, including:

- Items purchased during a sale or with discounted prices
- Products bought using coupon codes
